ADAPT Australia, trading as Australian Distribution And Protection Technologies was formed in July 1992 to service the Electrical Power Industry within Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands with a range of cost effective Distribution and Transmission products and services.

Products are sourced from both local and overseas-based Suppliers, all of whom are highly respected for their technical expertise, and their ability to provide low cost high quality products that meet the Customer’s expectations.

Our staff and management team are all highly trained professionals with years of experience in the Electricity Supply Industry. Specialist skills in the fields of Substation design, Protection and Control design and development, Project management, and Logistics enable them to provide total backup and technical support covering the needs of both major and ancillary Transmission Plant and Distribution Equipment.

The Company's Head Office and main Distribution Warehouse is located in Melbourne which is totally supported with Sales Offices / warehousing capability in Sydney, Perth, New Zealand both North and South Islands.

To service the New Zealand market directly ADAPT New Zealand Limited has been formed with a new office that was opened on 20th October,2003.
